Data submitted with a diagnosis request

The form collects your name, work email, company, responsibility, market, stage of the AI trial, availability of a process owner and the description you enter. Do not submit documents, personal data about other people or confidential information.

The purpose is to assess the case, reply to your request and manage any steps you ask to take before entering into a contract. The legal basis is taking precontractual measures at the data subject's request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Technical and attribution data

To protect the form, technical data and an identifier derived from the IP address through HMAC are processed for a short period. The full IP address is not stored in the commercial record. The landing path, referrer origin and UTM parameters limited to permitted technical values may also be recorded. This supports security, abuse prevention and attribution. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in securing and operating the service correctly.

This version of the form does not store GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID and does not send personal data to Google Ads.

Analytics

Google Analytics and the Google Preferred Sources control load only after you consent to “Site analytics”. If you decline, the site sends no requests to Google. You can reopen your preferences from the control in the footer. Analytics does not receive the form text, your name, your email or the request identifier.

The legal basis for analytics is consent. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting your diagnosis request.

OpenAI Ads campaign measurement

OpenAI Ads measurement is enabled only after separate consent to “Campaign measurement”. When active, the Pixel may set the __oppref and __obref cookies. After the server confirms a form submission, the Pixel and Conversions API send the same lead_created event with a pseudonymous identifier to prevent duplicates.

The Conversions API receives the event type and time, landing URL, oppref when available and an instruction to opt the event out of future personalisation. It does not receive your name, email, form text, IP address, user agent or any other requester fields. The site does not use automatic advanced matching and sends no user object.

The legal basis is consent. If you withdraw it, the site blocks future OpenAI Ads events and deletes measurement cookies accessible to the domain. Withdrawal does not affect your diagnosis request.

Providers and recipients

IONOS hosts the site and the technical request register. HubSpot is used as the CRM for contacts and individual requests, with the account configured for data hosting in the European Union. Google receives analytics data only after consent. OpenAI receives campaign measurement data only after the specific consent. These providers may use subprocessors under their respective data processing agreements and documentation.

The data is not sold. It is not used for marketing separate from your request without a specific choice.

Retention

Technical logs and rate limiting identifiers are retained for no more than 30 days. Unqualified requests are retained for 12 months. Qualified or active requests are retained for up to 24 months after closure, unless a legal obligation or the defence of a right requires otherwise. These periods may be shortened after a deletion request when there is no other legitimate reason to retain the data.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics and campaign measurement consent separately at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Required information

The required form fields are necessary to assess and reply to the request. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email Pedro. Declining analytics or campaign measurement does not limit use of the site or form.
