What to expect

I reply to every message within two working days — usually faster. If you send a brief via email, I will come back with a short structure: what I understand the problem to be, what I would propose, and whether it makes sense to talk further.

I am based in Northern Italy and work remotely across EU time zones. Available for project-based engagements, fractional Delivery Manager roles, and advisory work. Not available for full-time in-office positions.
