What I build

In 2026 I shipped a two-agent pipeline: Gemini Gem reads the sprint ceremony transcript, a PBI Writer agent turns it into epics, stories, acceptance criteria and QA criteria, before the team sits down. That's the work I find interesting. The delivery management side I've been doing for 14 years.

My context

SAFe, Scrum, Lean-Kanban, applied to what the team actually needs rather than as rigid templates. One of the first Delivery Managers in Europe with the Anthropic API certification.
