About me
I spent 14 years in software delivery before AI made an old problem more visible: deployment can move quickly while ownership, adoption and decision-making lag behind.
Deployment means the capability is available. Adoption means people use it and obtain value. Transformation means the organisation changes the process because that capability exists. The gap between those stages is where many AI initiatives stall.
I combine delivery leadership with hands-on implementation. I can shape the intervention, work with product and engineering, and stop an initiative when the evidence does not support scaling it.
